Women say that men will not experience anything as painful as childbirth. When i eventually got down the hill( i descend like a sissy on that road) i heard james moaning in a way that I would think a man would make if he could give birth. just returned James' bike and he looks ok - get well soon.

im on crunches because i cant move my leg that well but i can put weight on it this morning
and my teeth are starting to bed back in
iv had all the scans and x rays they thought i was bleeding internally.
il be back better and stronger. Hopefully end of next week but im gonna miss a couple of races now
