There are 9 spaces left and all looks set for a good day. I am pondering the stop on the way back as the event is due to go on until 6 ish. If we were to stop in say, Newbury it would be around 8pm.
I would appreciate some feed back , if you feel it would be too late or not.
On the subject of money- Could I ask that those of you who have not paid yet, try and get payment to me as soon as possible please as I do not want to handle money on the day. 8)

Whoa, I think I can stay up until 8pm on a Saturday night. Although I'd better pack my jim-jams, just in case.

Nah, seriously, London will be packed, and the only chance to socialise will be on the way back. It's a good plan.

Martin,

I have a potential interested party in coming to London, if it's not too late? I've never met him before, but his name's Llyr and he works with my wife over in Carmarthen. I know you won't handle money on the day, therefore could you give us your postal address (email it to me, if you don't want to post it here) and confirm the cost? If he wants to come, I'll tell him to post a cheque to you. Joining instructions would be good too, because he has to drive over.

I'm off on hols from this Friday, and won't be back until next Friday, the day before we go. Therefore if there's anything I need to know, post it here.

TIA, Bill.

For the few who have not yet paid for the trip, I will be at the club 10 this week, I will also be out on Saturday and at the national 3 up on Sunday.
I will not be accepting monies after this weekend and anyone outstanding will have to forfeit their seat on the coach. :?

Ummm no. Not at all. The amount of burnt out cars in Port Talbot puts the Scotish Al Queda jokers to shame. Don't let yourself get taken in by this media hype, for gods sake it was only a couple of cans of petrol and a bag of nails.

Well at least the media spotlight will be focused away from any drug issues in the peloton, the riders can shoot up in peace!

Watch out for suicide cyclists possibly in UNIBET team clothing with very large saddlebags trying to sabotage the tour.
Inteligence suggests they have a gripe with the tour organisers.

Living in a free society, the last thing I intend to do is concede to the terrorist threat and stay away from London !!!!!
