tomorrows ride at 9:30 is going to be a low chainring job because of sundays events. any non racers wishing to do some headbanging will have to go alone or sit still and save it for tuesday nights kill or be killed ride leaving the plaza at 6:30.

Great ride before the cafe Jeff but who were the (bleep) who picked the tempo up on the way back? Get a race number on them NOW!

Probab;y my fault Alf. It was me and JC who they were chasing down and eventually caught at the top of Parc Slip.... although it was only at Cae Garw they eventually did drop us !!
