I'm considering buying this saddle, in the search of a bit more comfort whilst time-trialling:



Now, I will freely admit that it doesn't look like the most comfortable thing to sit on, but the reviewer in Cycling Plus said it was now his favourite saddle, so it can't be bad.

The question is: how do you get to try before you buy? I don't think they're going to be selling this down in Cycleworld or Schmoos (I have looked). I could ask them to order it in on a no-obligation basis, but they must hate getting asked that. Anyone got any experience on choosing a new saddle?

It certainly looks a good saddle for those who like to be 'on the rivet and watch you don't lose a 'nad down there!

alf, can you give bill some advice on that sunbed your sitting on. it looks really cool with brooks tatooed on the side of it. you must come clean with us and tell the boys if your arse is like a japanese flag after sitting on that for 300 kilo's plus. you know what a jap flag looks like, white with a big red spot in the middle. just like a sore arse really.

Not an issue Jeff. A Brooks may not fashionable among boy racers but, by heck, does it work!

I just wish they weren't so damn heavy!
