On behalf of the South Wales District I'm the Event Sec for the National 50 on Sunday June 30th. I'd be grateful for some help on the day please. With it being a small field (and fast riders!!) it really will be just the Sunday morning and not an all-day affair.

I can now narrow down this pleasant task to helping Tony and Shirley at the Llangunnor turn rbt in Carmarthen.

Sincere thanks to the four-'man' PTW turn team for their efforts today. I just couldn't get down to the turn this morning but made sure you were mentioned in my thanks at race HQ. One of the winning ladies came up to me to say she appreciated the encouragement from the "hi-viz" man but that could have been one the builders shouting, "Alright Darling" whilst revealing too much ar5e crack.
