Hi all, a message I received today

Les, I don't know you, I am just wondering if anyone in your club have been punctured by Drawing Pins whilst riding through an area on the A48 on the Pyle side of the junction to Water Street, [Cwrt y Defaid] ?. Yesterday whilst riding down from Pyle [Margam Park to the right of me, field to the left of me I noticed lots of silvery objects on the road that I thought were Christmas decorations related. I turned left and came to a halt about a mile or so later in water St, I found I had a drawing pin in my back tyre, so put in a new tube and rode back home to Pyle where I live. This morning I rode down to Margam and picked up scores of drawing pins that seemed to me to be scattered on both sides of the road and the pavement with intent.
I don't expect I picked up every single one, what with the traffic and low sun, but at least most of them. I just thought I let you know. Best Regards, David.

That's pretty weird. The fact they are so scattered certainly seems to imply intent, but who's the target? By putting them on the pavement, they would even get pedestrians. Perhaps the police might have an idea?

They have a point.

The drawing pins, that is. Not the mindless cretins who do this.
