Its the 4 Up TTT on Thursday 21st June and my first Idea for teams are

The Testers
Neil Gregory, Neil Seaward, Owain Roberts, Andrew Martyn (apologies if Ive got this wrong but I beleive Rod is away on holidays)

The Road Men
Alex Thomas, Darren Edwards, Karl Rees, Mike Hall

The Ramblers
Alan Jones, Wendy Lacey, Gareth Davies, Andrew Rees,

The Mixers
John Thomas, Emma Davies, Shirley Howell and Julian Brocke

The Thursday night warriers
Heath Williams, Bill Gannon, Rob Lucas and Ross Morgan.

If you're happy with the teams I've put together, let me know and get me a CTT entry form filled in and down the club on Friday. The club will pay the entry fees for all club teams. If you dont want to be included let me know also. :(

If I've missed anyone, apologies and let me know ASAP and I'll come up with other suitable line ups.

I didn't know the Roadies R Us were going to set off with only two riders. We could have lent them a rider, really, although then Andy's puncture would have scuppered us.

Even with two, they still went faster than us. I think we would have set a 55 without the puncture, and a 54 with some actual training.
