Its a family ride tomorrow leaving the Plaza at 10:00am and heading up to Glyncorrwg ponds centre following the cycle path.

On Monday, The ramblers are having a trial run of the Prostate 5 valleys route in readiness for Sunday the 3rd of September. Once again, this ride will leave the Plaza at 10:00
