PTW

After our flirtation with the longer distances we return to a diet of 10's, starting with a hat-trick of 10's on the dual (I can picture Stuart's smiling face) before we slot in our last remaining back road 10 on Aug 3rd (I can picture Stuart's frowning face).

Anyway, fine words butter no parsnips. Meet up at the Neath Canal Car Park in Resolven for signing on at between 18.15hrs and 18.45hrs for a prompt 19.00hrs start.

Remember, you have to be member of the PTW or a second-claim member of the PTW. There is no 'single race' fee - you have to join the club as a first-claim or second-claim member.

I must report an incident that occurred as I was riding home through Skewen.

A car pulled up close to me, and the passenger leaned out and patted me on the bum!

I mean, I ask you. Is there nothing sacred anymore? A cyclist's bum might look enticingly pattable, all temptingly wrapped in lycra, but there are certain lines that as a society I believe we shouldn't cross

Which just goes to show that there's no accounting for taste
