Hi all. Entries are open for our 2 up team time trial on 12th March

This year's event will be a bit different. There are road works on the back road section of the usual course which are not likely to be finished in time. So this year's event will be on the fantastic R25/3H course

Firstly may I give my thanks to all of the club who made today very easy for me. You all know who you are, and I'm very grateful to all of you. Thanks.

There was some very close competition between the PTW teams. Dave Hendry and Owain Roberts just beat myself and Mark Hillier by 2 seconds. The indisputable PTW star of the event was Les Thomas. He very nearly beat the lot of us riding by himself.

As many of you will know, in our TTs the club doesn't make any money from the refreshments provided at the HQ- it is donated to charity. This year the money from the 2 up has been donated in support of Anne Learmonth who is raising money for Marie Curie. Anne can't log on so has asked for me to pass on big thanks on her behalf for raising £117

Thanks to the riders for putting their hands in their wallets of course, but I can't thank the ladies enough for taking care of the catering. A particular thanks to Mandy who I am told baked 2 cakes per day for a week in the run up to the event! You saved me a lot of work there so thanks again.
