Hi all. Entries are open for our 25 mile 2 up Team Time Trial on the 13th of March.
http://www.cyclingtimetrials.org.uk/event/20725
It's on the R25/24 course which has a bit of everything. A good, fun course.

Another Tank KOM!
Good luck with running your first PTW open event Matt.
The 2-up was also my first open event in 1996 and having just found the result sheet I hope readers enjoy this little trip down memory lane. Remember, there was no 'downhill start' R25/3 course in those days - this was on the R25/2 (le Tour de Roundabouts) and there was a sharp headwind coming back from Glais on that day.
1. John Pritchard / Ceri Pritchard (Olympia Sport-Condor) 52:50
2. Geraint Evans / Justin Phillips (PTW) 56:15
3. Arwel Davies / Alastair Rhodes (Ystwyth CC) 57:03
4. Gerald Crook / Dai Abbott (PTW) 57:59
Fastest Team with a Lady: Gaynor Hughes / Martin Hughes (Cwmcarn Paragon) 1.03:14
Fastest Team with a Junior: Ian Bendall / Gerard Davies (PTW) 1.01:03
Fastest Team with a Vet: John Davis / Steve Davies (PTW) 59:13
Entry fee was £8.00 per team!

Thanks Ray
There are just a few more days until the closing date and entries are going well. I'll be in the club tomorrow night for anyone who wants to hand their postal entry to me

Hi Matt,
I am available to help on Sunday. However, never mind the riders, it could be a tough day for me if Wales beat England at Twickers on Saturday!!
Let me know what you want me to do. _______________ Born to ride (Unless it's raining )

Thanks Kev. If you could be on the back road at the Resolven Junction then that would be great. It's 16 miles in to the course so that'll give you some extra recovery time!
I'll have high vis jackets and rider lists in the HQ for all marshals

Just Like to say a big thank you to Matt and everyone who turned out. Once again PTW have hosted an outstanding event, loads of Marshalls, well organised, great prize list, great atmosphere.
Only happens because of you guys.
Also a BIG! thank you to Spot who dragged me round to a pretty decent time...... I wonder how quick he would go if he had some help...... and if anyone is good at photoshop can make a picture of me on the front it would be appreciated LOL...

I can't tell you all how grateful I am for being there today and for the help in the run up to today. Thank you all once again, and I hope all the marshals enjoyed the sunshine and watching some great performances by the riders.
Great to see PTW in the prizes with Morgan Ley & David Hendry being the fastest team with a junior, and Richard Gambling & Christopher Jones winning the fastest composite team award.
I have the results ready to go but the CTT system won't let me send them until tomorrow, so keep an eye out in your inboxes tomorrow evening! They have just been published here- http://www.timetriallingforum.co.uk/index.php?showtopic=108712#entry1501047
We were lucky to have 2 photographers out on the course today, so keep an eye out in the gallery in the coming weeks for those photos
Above all else, I'd like to wish a speedy recovery to Michelle of the Cardiff Triathletes
