As there are roadworks and temp lights on the R10/23 will the 10 this week be on the R10/22?

Not too sure about the first part but I've sent off a Police Form for the R10/22 explaining the roadworks situation. If the roadworks have gone (I doubt it) the event will be on the back road but if they are still there then we'll be on the dual.
