Meet at the Resolven Canal Car Park for signing on between 18.20hrs and 18.45hrs for a prompt 19.00hrs start over on the nearby Industrial Estate.

Not a bad night with low wind and a little bit of warmth from the evening sunshine. As always, some riders went forward and some riders went backward but Matthew Smith took a big stride forward with a new PB that some people are attributing to the recessed 'pinless' race number on his rather daring skinsuit

PB's also for Heath Williams, Wyn Samuel and (possibly) Jamie Fenaroli- well done guys.

BTW Morgan Hendry's time doesn't really do him justice as he suffered from a flippin' slippin' seatpost early into his ride.
