As above where is it starting from, and will it be a easy run?

It generally starts from the Plaza at 9:30am. It tends to be Selwyn, Tud and some other retired folks or shiftworkers.
The pace is whatever suits the riders on the day but is generally a little faster than the ramblers and a bit slower than the Sunday Club run. Average mileage varies. The longest is around 38 miles on this route

Will usually does some mid week rides too at a slower pace. Tuesday from Briton Ferry McDonalds to Mumbles and Thursday form the Crown and Sceptre in Neath, both at 10am.
