A friend of mine is looking for a professional bike fit (eg Retul etc), can anyone recommend someone.
They don't mind travelling for the right fit.
I know Treadz new Giant store at Swansea are doing one but its all very new & the guy doing the fits doesn't seem very experienced.

Any info would be appreciated please.
Cheers

Bike fits all a bit 'magic beans'. Get an experienced bike rider to have a look at him and save himself £150

Competing hypothesis and all untested.

It doesn't matter how much you pay for a bike fit, john Willy will still tell you your seat needs to go up half an inch. :P

LOL nice one Ray.

In these days of S, M, L and XL sloping or semi-sloping frames it's not too hard to dial in a good position. I probably pay more attention to head tube length followed by top tube length than anything else.

Not sure how many would be interested but I have been speaking to Ceri Pritchard who will do a club bike fit using the Apex Bike system ( Pretty awesome bit of kit if you ask me as it accurately measures power output and hydraulically moves seat and handlebars until you are at your optimum power output.) Currently he has it set up at Onit Sports cycle shop in Porthcawl. He needs around 5 or six to get the price down to around £90 per person who would be up for It?

Let me know
