PORT TALBOT WHEELERS NEEDS YOU!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Guys,
Scores on the doors are I have the timekeepers, Pushers off, and a couple of Marshals. But this event runs from 9:00am until 2:00pm so we need more.

Volunteers are required or else I will name names....

Also as the last two national competition records have gone in this event so one role I really need is a checker for the turn to tick a sheet to say the riders have passed through. This is needed to ratify any competition records.

Who's up for this. Peter Jones, what about you? your good with a pen. :P

Also Mr Valario, Have you got any signs as I don't seem to have many. If you do, can you get them down the club on Friday for me to collect?

Sorry Les,
I have got just ONE arrow in my shed !
I brought ALL the arrows ( and the few warning signs ) I'd had down to the club house last year and squeezed them into the cupboards .
Would there be any in the CJs yard ?

Les, I'd be happy to be an extra pair of hands and help out with the refreshments once I've finished riding.

Well done les, another fantastic event again, but feel a bit of a fraud, and a spare what sit at a wedding, after Selwyn accomplished all of the pushing off on his own, am used to be put to one side when riders of a certain sex are involved, but this year he did everyone!.he better not complain of a bad back on the Wednesday ride.

Apologies Les for not letting you know sooner. I had every intention of helping out just forgot to actually mention it.

Well what a great turn out. The weather Gods were kind to us, it certainly made marshalling on a roundabout for five hours a bit more pleasant. It was good to spot jerseys from clubs from all over the country.
I did have some fellow riders join me for a while to cheer on the racers which I'm sure was a boost to them.

I did have one rider shout out to me "How far to go?" which unfortunately I didn't know exactly so did a quick search on my phone so I could let the other riders know. That's one I shall have to make a point of finding out beforehand for next time.
