It's a 10-miler on the dual-carriageway and Les Thomas is on the watch (thanks Les )

Signing on is between 18.30hrs and 18.50hrs at the Resolven Canal Car Park and then regroup over on the Resolven Industrial Estate for a prompt 19.00hrs start. As always, new members are especially welcome.

Entry is free to club members and second-claim club members and £3 for riders from other clubs affiliated to Cycling Time Trials.

Overcast and a little damp but all in all the weather was not too bad.

Unfortunately for Mark Williams (PTW) he punctured on the way to the start and was unable top ride

I couldn't ride yesterday because I didn't have the car, but even if I had I wouldn't have made it. There was an 8 mile tail back on the M4 westbound. Congrats to those that did, and of course to Morgan.

I went through it all on the motorbike, and was home only about 20 minutes later than normal. Correct decision all round, methinks.

flippin 'eck Morgan - Chapeaux! great ride mate! - you've achieved something I've never done - a 21 minute '10!! and in your first year!!

Just an update for everyone - I haven't forgotten about the club series this year - however I'm still recovering from an op on my crown jewels that's taking a bit of time to heal!!!
