If you fancy a long one, on Sunday (Dependant on the weather), the route is going to be Neath, Pontardawe, Ystradgynlais Crai and up to Sennybridge.

We'll come back to Ystrad via Trecastle. I don't know the way so, this week it's a joint run with both the ramblers and the fast group leaving at 10:00 am.

If the ramblers find it tough going we will drop off and turn early, so regardless of age or condition you will be fine.
