i must say i do fancy i think over the mountains to the cafe at 8.30 because we can get an extra hour in then

Maybe you're right James. That way I can get all my February training done on one day.

I suggest 9.30 though just in case there are those who would like to go on the ride but haven't been on the website.

The bwlch - rhigos took us 4 hours plus in the summer. It will take longer in early Feb. We are out for training not for training our egos. The young riders will drop us by the time we get to Cefn- rhigos. Stick to what I say for this week then improve on it the following weeks.
Leave plaza at 9.00 shwtt- mini bwlch-st. marys hill. Drill it from Llantwit to the cafe by 11.45.

hope I havent lost too much in my legs in 2 weeks

right men. a final decision has been made. there is no u turn on this. we will be leaving the plaza at 8 : 30 am and head toward neath in order to meet the boys over there. we're leaving at this time because the forecast is really good and once we pass over the bwlch we will drop into ogmore and through to the cafe in ewenny. this way we will get a good 4 hour ride in and should arrive at the cafe by 11:30. as long as there are no kamakaze pilots with us. We will keep the pace steady enough for everyone to stay in contact.
We'll go at a tidy pace so that if anyone is a little late you can follow and phone my mobile to let us know your coming. 07747705563.

What are you on, there will still be ice on the road. Remember what happened in North Wales this time last year. As a health and safety officer I must advise agianst riding in these conditions.

Looking very frosty out there , you young lads take your time on them mountains. Still wish i was going with you but for once I'm going to use my head and save some energy for the race tomorrow . I'll oppt for the 10:30 and have Collin kick my ass again .
