Dual-carriageway this week.

Signing on is between 18.30hrs and 18.50hrs at the Resolven Canal Car Park and then we'll regroup over on the Resolven Industrial Estate for a prompt 19.00hrs start. I'm on the watch and new club members are especially welcome.

Entry is free to club members and second-claim club members and £3 for riders from other clubs affiliated to Cycling Time Trials.

If one more rider had turned up I wouldn't have made it over to the finish
