Congratulations to Ceri Jones and Morgan Hendry on qualifying for the GHS National Final in Leicestershire in September.

Ceri qualified as second-fastest Girl whilst Morgan actually won his age category and also recorded the second-fastest ride of the day.

Our team of three (Morgan Hendry, Ceri Jones and Morgan Ley) came second in the team competition, sandwiched between the Cardiff Jif and Cardiff 100 Milers.

And congratulations to you too Alf on running another first class event. It's another drop of brasso on your already sparkling halo. However, I'm not the only one to have noticed that it's time you got a little more of the support you deserve.
