Rhigos-Bwlch-Bridgend (cafe stop) 11.30.
Ride home-Straight to bed - 65 miles
Jon and me will meet you at the roundabout (Halfords) in Neath.

sounds good mart - i've just been out with Rhys over the Bwlch and rhigos - i think we're pretty much both dead now! (ave speed just under 18mph) Its not at all cold on the top of the mountains tho which is suprising for the time of year

right then!! that's it the gloves are off. we will leave the plaza by 8:30 and work our way to ewenny cafe over the the mountains. anybody other than the normal hard men up for it? i'll have to warn you that i may be out on a non winter bike i.e. a non standard winter pink panther. lets have some definate names so we can see if it's going to be a good working group. It should be a good ride.

I'm up for it and look out because i'm riding my non Winter bike!!!!!!!

FFS now I'll have to get up at 07.30hrs.

How long are you planning to take to get from your house to the plaza Alf? Any longer than three minutes and you might consider attending the 10:30 ride and keeping Chris Fulcher company off the back.

Alf, any company will be better than no company . And I enjoyed being at the back of the bunch Even if they did kick my ass
I cant run for Wales and be a top cyclist at the same time although I've tried, but I will be back

8.30 should be ok, and despite not having ridden a bike for a month, the great thing about riding bikes as they say, is that you never forget how to.

why dont we build up to these big rides before going for gold lads! how about we go to the end of the lane through shwutt which believe me is steep then over mini bwlch drop down to the common and over heol-y-cew and saint mary's and back usual way. this is introducing two big climbs and adding some miles to the ride. this will be better because its only the same old few who will be out anyway.
