PTW

I went for a ride around the Gower today and hoped to call in JJ's café in Penclawdd but it's gone.

It was always interesting to see the old photos on the walls of the wheelers.

What with the other café near Reynoldstown also closed I'm not sure where else to stop.

Any suggestions of somewhere suitable? I ended up stopping in a pub in Parkmill but could have done with somewhere more toward Oxwich as a halfway point.

Called in that café around last November when it was in its last days. Although the woman there was not making any food, she still made us a cup of tea while sorting stuff out. She told us she was retiring and that someone else had bought it, and was due to open again after improvements. Supposed to be cycling down that way tomorrow so will have to rethink the café stop!
Good café in Southgate (Just a touch further than Pennard) which is one of my rides.
Also, isn't Shepherd's café still open in Parkmill?

I didn't realise Shepherds had a coffee shop too, I thought it was just a shop. I just had a look on google streetmap and it looks big enough.
Obviously I was just going past too fast to notice
