I've had a chat with Spot and Sundays Club runs will be to the Café in Banwen. Ramblers will leave the Plaza at 9:30 and I thought we might try the Swansea valley before heading across the cross valley link road. The faster group will head up to Glynneath before climbing to Banwen for a rendezvous at the Café.
