What a fantastic turnout this evening , must have been at least 15 riders cracking workout , maybe a few nervous riders but on the hole excellent ride can't wait till next Wednesday . Only 4 Ptw riders that I recall come on guys this is an excellent opportunity to get a great base over winter. As well as Wednesday bash there are also chain gangs on Monday & Thursday 6.30 behind amazon & Tuesday 6.30 at felindre something for everyone I'm sure !!

Hello andy, what is involved with the chain as I'm looking into loosing wait and getting fitter. I live in port talbot bagla, can I join in on this?

They meet at The Tap by Pyle lights for 19:00. Depending on which direction your coming from you can wait at the first new roundabout Margam Crem side. Good luck
