As is tradition we will be heading to Mumbles on Boxing day for a gentle club run.

Starting at the later time of 10:30am outside the Plaza. Christmas jumpers optional.

2013 has been my annus horibilis - since joining the club I've had more injuries/ailments than I care to remember. Iwould have loved to join you tomorrow but I am recovering from a knee injury (bursitis) - incurred after a short ride at the new Penhydd trail at Stan following a 2 month layoff with an ankle problem. I am hoping that 2014 is going to be a better, healthier year. Have a merry Christmas and hope to be back riding soon.

Got a bit Grippy coming over Pentyla but all in all the pace was reasonable, weather was warm and sunny (which apparently is not going to remain the case over the next few days) and I certainly felt better after about half way than I did when I started so It must have been beneficial...........
