Leaving Plaza at 10am. Heading over Briton Ferry bridge to join cycle path to Birchgrove. Then up over Morriston hill to Pontardulais lights where we turn right to Garnswllt. Next Ammanford and on to GCG cafe for refreshments. Head home via Pontardawe, Bryncoch, Neath.

Well, after yesterdays race and today's club run I can now hardly walk! Great day out in some sunshine for a change. Nice to have a good turnout too. I don't think I've ever enjoyed toast as much, certainly perked me up from the journey home. Big thanks to Dai & Rhys without their help I think I'd still be out there fighting the wind trying to make back home!
