Sorry everyone, due to the children sharing their virus, I will be leaving the club run in the capable hands of our Vice captain Selwyn.
Leave the Plaza at 10am. Basically the plan is to end up at Madame Patti's. The route being Neath, Crynant and Ystradgynlais.
Enjoy and I'll see you all next week.

Not sure what happened today, because the weather wasn't that bad, but only me & Selwyn out today. A brisk ride on the cycle path up to Cymmer where we parted company. Selwyn headed back over Cimla and I went up the Bwlch for the first time this year. It was a bit strange heading up through the mist, couldn't see more than about 20ft in front of me. It certainly made the decent into Nant y Moel interesting! No cafe stop just the mini Bwlch, Bettws, Pen Y Bryn lanes and home.
No Strava segments under threat from me today!

As a new member I was very keen to attend Sundays ride. However ,I under estimated the impact Saturdays all dayer in Cardiff would have (she's a cruel mistress).
I shall be there this weekend though, fear not!
