Hi all
Just to let you know that Jeff Griffiths had a heart attack while out on the club run this morning.
The latest news is that he has had two "stents fitted" so I'm sure you'll join me in wishing him a speedy recovery.

Hell of an experience to go through Jeff, and I am so relieved that the emergency people got to you so quickly. Will get to see you once you have settled back at home.
We have become 'Brothers' in a funny sort of way. We could start our own offshoot club 'The stentmen wheelers' Your cycling days are not over, just look at me, still riding as crappy as ever. Keep positive mate, and I'll get to see you soon. _______________ Born to ride  (Unless it's raining  ) |

Thank you all for your thoughts and best whishes, after a very interesting day on Saterday I have finished my stint in hospital and will be recouperating at home. I think I now qualify as Stentman 2 and the come back will start in March see you all soon.
