PTW

Squadra Chrono were out in force today for the final of the magic Dragon Series. On a sporting course that finishes with two monster climbs back to Cefneithin, near Cross Hands.

This year it was a shortened course due to traffic lights at Carmel. Appropriately this meant you missed the fast down hill start but that was OK as they lengthened the uphill finish. Nice!

and i bet everyone was glad with the extended uphill finish.

All in all a really good event. My first tt longer than 10 miles solo. Richard Harris was the man off behind me. Great :-). Never mind. He came past me at a fair rate on the flat. My experiment with using my road bike was not a complete disaster, but on reflection i wish i'd taken the TT bike. too much time lost along the bottom of the valley. The extra uphill was good training LOL. weather permitting see ya Thursday.
