Your inner tubes have just arrived too buddie, call in dinner time and we can sort the entries out for the 100km mountain bike race too.

Not going to be able to make it over at lunch time - but will give you a shout later!

Great ride last night, tempo pace and everyone stayed together fairly well, with a few opting to take a shortcut at Cefn Crwbir (sp?!) it meant the faster guys had to chase, only catching them by the roundabout before the Margam dual. My sore legs are testament to the good workout had last night!

I think next weeks ride will have to move to 6.30 though, to fall in line with the traditional starting time.
