I was so busy enjoying the ride today in the Afan Valley that I'd totally forgotten that, in the Neath Valley, Skippy was trying to ensure that a new name goes on our BAR trophy this year.

Skippy defied all the odds against him riding today.He had 2 punctures before he reached the HQ!He then borrowed a tube,unfortunately this was a standard tube(700),and Skippys was a 650,undeterred the excess tube was pushed inside and pumped up to a low pressure.He rode around the course somewhat carefully and finished with a 2 hours 47 minutes.The club B.A.R was his!Well done Skippy.
