PTW

The PTWCC road team were at it again last night! James Lewis and I rocked up at the Llandow summer crits, with a look of intent. An hours hard racing ahead of us, and the action started almost as soon as the flag dropped. a flurry of intial attacks, before the elastic started to stretch. A small group of 3 got away, including James, and after a sprint by me I managed to get across. I hit the front to try and give the break a bit more speed, but was suffering now! James then did a turn which sent me back into a chasing group of 4, which then promptly sat up and we were reintegrated back into the bunch. However, the job was done, we had a man in a break of three and it was looking good. An hour of covering attacks and everything the Forza had to throw at me, (and giving them a hard time in the process ) and it was down to the sprint. I could only manage 6th, pipped for 2 places as I lost the inside line, but I seem to be getting better with each race. James I'm afraid to say got 3rd after a mix up with the amount of laps to go.

Nevermind, 3rd and 6th is pretty solid, and James was riding like a train! Anyone care to join our escapades is more than welcome! The next one is in a few weeks.
