PTW

THe PTWCC boys were out last night, (well all 2 of us!) with me taking on a big field in the chippers race, and James flexing his new found 2nd cat legs in the big boys race.

Anyway - I managed to get into a break of five, and suffered like a dog for 10 long laps, and came 4th. (pipped to the line by a 2nd cat racing in a 3rd cat race - grrr).

James got round in 6th I think, with Ian Bendall soloing for the win.

On a sour note, Austin Healey came down badly in his race, and ended up being taken to hospital. No idea how he is doing, but looked narrrsty. (Sherwenism).

rang Austins firm ,BARCLAY CLASSICS this afternoon 16/7/2008 they said that they kept him in hospital on Tuesday night and that he was having a brain scan, but they did not have any more details, rang his mobile but went straight to voicemail, as i write this Austin rings me to say he thinks he is all right , but is waiting to see the doctor, any other info i will put on the site.
