Hi all
You won't have seen me around lately because my head just went at the beginning of the year and I just could not get motivated to train.
However after watching some cycling on TV I'm back fully motivated to race over the summer.
I was wondering whether anyone would want to do the Ras de Cymru on the 2nd-6th July? I did it last year and it is an awesome race but entries will have to be in pretty quickly as it usually fills up quickly.
Dave Crowley said he would be up for it so we need two more people.
It is pretty expensive at £200 but that includes accomodation and meals for 5 days so its not that bad really.

hey jon. where did your head go? seen a few kicking around. i'll have to stop and see if one of them is yours. you'll need one before you get back on the bike m8t. before you look too far though have a look to see if it's somewhere where the sun dosen't shine because that's where most people's heads are these days.

I would definitly be up for having a bash at the Ras,if your going to get stuffed why not make it 5 days running thats what I say! I've checked their website again and there only needs to be 3 in a team. Obviously 4 is better for the team time trial but if we can't find anyone else in the next few days I'll send off the entry form for just us 3 if thats ok with you two.
