I am down to time the Club TT on the 8th of May, but I can't make it.

I can make any other event, so if anyone would like to swap, please let me know.

Bad news. I don't think my injured shoulder is going to let me ride a motorbike this Thursday, as was planned.

Good news. By sheer fluke, my wife is away this week so I have the car, which is an automatic so I should still be able to drive it.

I'm pretty sure I know where the start of the 25 is, but having only ridden past it, I'm a bit hazy about where the finish is. I presume it is one of the lay-bys on the A465 north of Blaengwrach, but how many are there, and which one?

I also have no numbers or pins, sign on sheets, timing sheets, etc. I'm hopeless. So, unless otherwise instructed, I shall drive to the start of the 25 for about 6:15pm Thursday, and hope that everything becomes clear :-)

Quite correct Peter. The timekeeper normally passes on the timing stuff to the next timekeeper .... PIP !!

Bill, the R25/3L starts opposite the pub at the top of the OLD road up glynneath bank , and finishes AFTER Mcdonalds roundabout - OFF at the FIRST slip road and in the layby before the lights at the north end of Glynneath and at which if you go straight on the road will take you up to Onllwyn and the Upper Swansea valley.

Normal procedure for the 25 is to meet and sign on at the layby and enjoy the 15 minute ride to the start but then have the cars at the finish !

I will bring the numbers and timing sheets to the FINISH area. All you will need is a stopwatch.

I'll be there around 6.30.
