Jeff Bruce isn't the only one away 'training'. Despite suffering man 'flu I managed to get some training in in Barcelona on Wednesday:

This 4.5 Euro/hour beauty features a 7005 aluminium folding frame, sporty 20" wheels (if that?), no less than two meaty locks (no doubt for ballast) and six well-chosen gears. And yes I was the only cyclist brave enough and stupid enough to use the road, and I got stared at by people on scooters 8)

The view is from halfway up Montjuic, not far from all the Olympic facilities, for those that know the place.
