In the light of unwanted poor, and worsening behaviour, the district committee decided last night to withdraw the use of the R25/3L for one year.
All events will be on the R25/3H which is further away from the residential area.
This action was taken to preserve the reputation of the sport.
Club events can still use the R25/3L.
The reason for the ban is due to complaints from residents of riders urinaring openly in a residential area.

I wonder what the real reason is,and how come it is ok for club events,do the cyclists only p in open events?
