Hi Guys,
Its the Gower Bike ride on behalf of the British Heart Foundation so both Club Runs leave the Plaza at 9:00 sharp to sign on for the event at St Helens.
My Guess is the ramblers ride will do the 28mile route, and the fast group will do the 46 mile route but we'll see who's up for what on the day.
Registration is £15 on the day

Well done to those taking part in yesterday's club run incorporating the Gower Ride Sportive in aid of British Heart Foundation. Tony and Shirley Howell, Spot & Selwyn, John Jones and myself were on the Run but we did see Andy Williams out there and also our newest Club member Eden Davies, Who is only 10 years old did the 46 mile circuit.
