Having a chat down the club last night, the consensus was that the club runs should try to take in the atmosphere of the Wiggle Dragon Ride.

This being the case, the Ramblers leave the Plaza at 9:30 with the aim of heading up the Afan Valley taking in the Bwlch and Rhigos, after which we'll head to Glynneath. Dependant on the legs, we'll go up to Banwen Café, or find a café in Glynneath.

The fast group will leave at 10:00 and try to catch us.

Also I think Jez and a few others are seeking to get a bit further, if so what time are you leaving guys?

I hope to join you in the morning, but need to get back earlyish so may not do a cafe stop

With NO feedback regarding early kick off in the morning....I've had change of plan, due to me having my nipper this evening I'll be out on the 10 o'clock bash.

The Ramblers made it round to MacDonald's in Glynneath without getting caught by the fast group. (Big thanks to Mark Williams and Wayne Rayneke for helping the fat bloke to secure that result)...... Nice to see young Morgan Ley cruising away from me on both mountains (I think I had him on the descents though)...

Also thanks To Morgan Hendry, Selwyn, Spot and Rich Gower for keeping me sheltered from the wind on the return leg. Could have done with a wheel from Port Talbot to Porthcawl though, The headwind was...... Nice! See ya all next week
