Dual-carriageway this week with Richard Gambling on the watch.

Signing on is between 18.30hrs and 18.50hrs at the Resolven Canal Car Park and then we'll regroup over on the Resolven Industrial Estate for a prompt 19.00hrs start. As always, new members are especially welcome.

Entry is free to club members and second-claim club members and £3 for riders from other clubs affiliated to Cycling Time Trials.

@ Gambo - if possible, can you drop off the numbers and results to me at 25 Tanygroes Street, SA13 1EL. I probably won't be there but Mandy will be.

And that, as far as our little course is concerned, is a new PB for Anthony Cowdrey. With this he joins the sub 21 club. Well done.

He started off with a 25:31 just 3 years ago. Talent, I guess.

PBs also for Michael Portlock, Morgan Hendry, Huw Morgan, and the fastest time for Chris Allen for 4 years. I'm going to have to get used to him beating me again.

Electric bikes are great. They give ordinary people the chance to know what it feels like to be me.
