PTW

Next Sunday I fancy a Rambling Family Club Run. We leave at 9:30 from the plaza and head up to Glyncorrwg. The route will be along the cycle path so the vast majority will be traffic Free.

This being the case, rather than just the ramblers, the ride is open to all and families are encouraged. I think if we aim for the Under 12s to get as far as Afan Argoed and depending on how we go the rest try to get to Glyncorrwg.

This is not a coached event and all under 12s must be accompanied by an adult. The fast group can sweep us all up leaving at 10 or maybe the dark side can join in and take a more scenic route. Lets see how many riders we can get out on one Sunday.....

Club run points will be awarded regardless of which ride you go on.. .

Nice Turn out today but a little disappointed as there were only three kids. Cory Bruce, Iori and Mali Evans well done guys just short of 22 miles completed. Not Sure if Mali counts as a full club run member though as I didn't see much pedalling...... she was in a trailer though so she may have been.

Anyway. for a first family ride I'd like to say a big thank you to all the guys who rambled along and didn't shoot off up the road. Much appreciated. Also, When Iori finds out what his brakes are for I'm sure he'll stop crashing LOL.....
