Hi All,

As many of you may know, there is a local charity sportive 1ts September for Prostate Cymru Charity Trustees. The route looks great and you'll be riding through 75 miles of the Five Valleys Race Route.

There is a also a 46 miles option for those who don't fancy the full 75 miles.

There is a drinks station on top of the Bwlch, support car and official times. I believe most South Wales cycling clubs are getting involved so it would be great if you could ride as a club run, and start together as a group or groups. You don't have to be a Club Cyclist, so if you have friends of family members that want to ride that's fine.

All you have to do is turn up on the day with your sponsorship form. Please use the East car park at Margam Park

The first group starts from Margam Park at 09:00 hrs and the last group at 0940hrs - times are approximate and are calculated as the fastest at 20mph and the slowest at 15 mph
