Leave the Plaza at the usual 10am.

To start we'll go over the Briton Ferry Bridge onto the cycle path to Birchgrove, then down the A48 through Morriston, Pontardulais and Crosshands to join the cycle path down Swiss Valley, to Llanelli Millennium Path. We will stop here for refreshments. The return back home will be Gowerton, Clyne Valley cycle path, Swansea and home.
