You May have heard that last week Tank was doing some serious sprint training down on Baglan Moors and at around 71km/hr, his chain slipped and he gracefully somersaulted over the handlebars. (For Info The Lewis somersault with pike and half twist is a 5.2 grade of difficulty in the British Gymnastic association handbook) Unfortunately, James cocked up the landing and in short got pretty scraped up.... #howmanybandagesisthat.com ;)

Well this morning, to get some extra training in, Selwyn went out for a two hour ride before meeting the club run and in order to replicate Tanks recent achievement, went stamping on a 53x11........... up stormy.

True to form, his chain also slipped and in a slightly slower version of Tank's graceful somersault.............. landed chest first on the handlebars and he thinks he may have "Popped a Rib".

How pleased was I when he said he didn't want to do the major hills and said he fancied doing a quiet ride to Mumbles...........

For those with Strava result is below

I recorded 11 Strava records as I tried to hold his wheel 8) ....... Thank god he wasn't trying......... because of the pain in his ribs................... 8)

First and foremost - Get well soon boys!

Now we know it's not funny but I've just read out loud Les' write-up to Mandy and she nearly had a Tena Lady moment...
