Leave Plaza at 10 am to head west over the old Briton Ferry bridge to Birchgrove cycle path. Go along the path to Morriston, Felindre, Pontlliw, next turn right at Pontardulais traffic lights to Garnswllt, Bettws to G C G café. After refuelling go to Pontardawe, Neath and home.
