Leaving Plaza at 10 am, and heading to Swansea via Fabian Way. We will pick up anybody at Sainsburys at 10.40 then on to Clyne Valley to Lougher. Next we'll go to the Millennium path for a nice flat ride, with a stop in Pembrey Country Park for refreshments. Retrace route for the return
