A very pleasant night on the back road, with a bit of a headwind to the turn but nothing major. Not so pleasant for Chris Price, however, who actually broke one of his handlebar extensions on the numerous pot-holes, and therefore registers a DNF. It's another good ride for Anthony Cowdry who takes 30 seconds off his backroad PB, and it's even better news for Andrew Cleverly who takes off over a minute on a bike he says he's still getting used to. Watch this space.
