PTW

Don't know what the plan is but I'm going to go from the Plaza, up over the Bwlch, mini Bwlch and meet whoever's out at Bryngarw cafe.

9.30am Plaza if anyone fancies that route.

Top ride this morning - Dave Lloyd, Jeremy Jones, Lewys Hobbs and myself. Rode tempo up to the top of the Bwlch, regrouped at the top before descending and tackling mini-bwlch and the kick up to Bettws. Pace not mental, but pressing on the pedals. Joined by Andy Evans at the top of the Bwlch to add more firepower!

Going to make this a regular thing and will post on the forum in advance.

+1 great ride, can't believe twice up Bwlch in last 6 days and weather brill both times. Good for Carwyn to join us at abergwynfi (he looked far too comfortable and young enough to have some promise next year).
Great ride, but Dave when you press on the pedals some of us have to press a lot harder :-)
Good thing if we can keep this sort of fitness ride going through the winter, though after my puncture and multiple disasters of changing tubes I needed to phone my son to pick me up from Pyle. If rides get too hard I may be phoning him earlier in future :-)
