10 o'clock at the Plaza. Go to Neath first, then to Glynneath up to Pont-neath-vaughn, turn left at the pub in Ystrad fellta onto Onllwyn. Next go down through the waterfalls for a stop at Graig y nos Country park cafe. Return home via Crynant common using the cycle path at Cae hopkin.
